RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and whilst we hope you will love our all our products, we offer a no hassle money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Please email us at Customer Services to request a refund. All refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase and we will process your refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to Customer Services so that we can organise a replacement or refund ASAP. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods.

If you decide to cancel your order after purchase, please ensure that you keep your receipt of payment and that you notify us withing 14 days of receipt of purchase. You will then need to send the item/s back to us within 14 days of notifying us. As soon as we receive the returned item/s, we will issue your refund.
